Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, chat, and email interactions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
