Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team on a weekend shift. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, chat, and email interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in the retail or e-commerce industry

  • Knowledge of lighting products and industry trends
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
