The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, who are automotive dealerships and other industry partners. You will act as a resource for our customers, providing support and assistance with orders, shipments, and other issues. You will also be responsible for escalating critical orders, offering timely and accurate solutions, and maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide fantastic service over the phone, via email, chat, and other communication channels

• Use computer skills to research requests, track vehicle shipments and orders, assist with car warranties, and escalate critical orders
• Offer timely and accurate solutions to customer issues, while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant or related field preferred

• Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in computer software and technology, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Schedule and Work Environment

* Work from home in a secluded and distraction-free environment

• High-speed internet access required
• Ability to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday
• No weekends or holidays required
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
