Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Data Entry / Entry Level, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering customer and account data from source documents, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Performing data entry and management using Excel and other software, utilizing your skills to optimize data processing and minimize errors.
  • Transferring information from paper formats into digital files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners, maintaining the integrity of our data management processes.
  • Conducting high-volume data entry utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications, working efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Organizing, collating, and capturing data into digital databases, ensuring seamless data integration and analysis.
  • Compiling and verifying the accuracy of information, preparing source data for entry, and utilizing computer fundamentals and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) effectively.
  • Gathering and entering data from various websites and sources into designated templates, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Providing support to the Sales and Marketing teams as needed, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and success.
  • Undertaking any additional tasks assigned by management, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of data entry or a related field.
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • The ability to work independently, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Previous experience in eye care or healthcare data entry is a plus, but not required.
