Immediate Start – Remote Opportunity

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team on a part-time basis (20-30 hours/week). This role offers an immediate start for the right candidate, with the flexibility to work from home and choose your own schedule (4-6 hours/day, Monday to Friday). A major plus is being able to work until 8 pm ET Monday through Friday, so if you're a night owl, this could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via live chat, email, phone, and video calls
• Resolving customer issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
• Offering guidance and support to customers on our product features and functionality
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or tech startup environment
• Superior communication skills, with the ability to express complex subjects in a simple way
• A deep understanding of retail and running a business, with a passion for helping others succeed
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex problems
• Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• The ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
