Position Overview

As a Part Time Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing work-related information using computers and point-of-sale systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role involves handling guest inquiries, updating records, verifying data, and supporting operational goals. You will be responsible for:

  • Entering and updating information in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball.
  • Transmitting documents and verifying information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Operating standard office equipment such as phones, photocopiers, and calculators.
  • Following company policies and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Building positive working relationships and collaborating with team members.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and upholding arenaflex's standards of quality and service.
  • Handling and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update information in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball.

  • Transmit documents and verify information for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
