Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Remote Customer Service team as Representatives. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing consultative customer support and sales insights to clients via phone, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide consultative customer support and sales insights to clients via phone, building strong relationships and driving sales growth

  • Utilize established sales strategies to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets
  • Handle sales requests and set appointments in the most efficient way for the arenaflex, ensuring suitable pricing and processes are followed while logging all data and managing the client
  • Check item and arrangement precision and set exact assumptions for the client experience
  • Work in a fast-paced, organized environment and be self-motivated to achieve sales targets
  • Regularly communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and sales growth

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* 20% - Collaboration: Work with arenaflex Partners and partners to facilitate sales and arrangement completion

  • 40% - Communication: Call clients to survey items and set appointments
  • 20% - Customer Support: Provide consultative customer support and sales insights to clients via phone, building strong relationships and driving sales growth
  • 20% - THD Cycle and Strategy: Locate client, partner, and arenaflex partner issues as soon as possible

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree

  • Strong foundation in sales
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PC capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized environment and be self-motivated to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales and customer service

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Work Environment

* Work from home in a comfortable indoor environment

  • Minimal travel required (less than 10% of the time)
  • Frequent opportunities to move about and stretch throughout the day
  • Occasional need to move or lift light objects
