As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for Homesite-CONNECT customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their service issues, requests, and account information.

Job Highlights

* Competitive salary range: $23.00 - $30.76 per hour

  • Hourly pay rate with opportunities for growth and advancement

Primary Accountabilities

As a Homesite Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all relevant information is gathered and entered to ensure prompt resolution
  • Receiving guidance from coaches on a frequent basis to process requests
  • Developing an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts, and being results-driven
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues, referring more complex issues to appropriate service partners
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics as required

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
  • Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Licenses: P&C license exam within 12 months (training and administrative support provided)

Travel Requirements

Up to 10% of your time may be spent traveling to office locations for in-person engagement activities.

Physical Requirements

This role primarily involves sitting/standing, with occasional travel.

Work Environment

As a remote worker, you will spend 80% of your time working from home, proximate to one of our office locations. On occasion, you may be asked to travel to an office location for team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
