Key Responsibilities

As a French Wholesale Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Being the primary point of contact for our independent B2B customers, responding to their enquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Managing customer relationships, including arranging promotions, sending information and samples as needed, and helping manage the client's product catalogue.
• Processing daily orders to our system and working with our Warehouse team to ensure goods are shipped on time, as well as planning the week's shipments with our Logistic Team.
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, using our CRM system to track customer interactions and preferences.
• Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer needs.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Fluency in French (written and spoken)
• Previous customer service experience within the wholesale industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both on the phone and in email communication
• Understanding of logistics/import/export in international markets
• Target-driven and determined, with a strong sense of helping customers find the right solutions for their business
• Strong administrative skills, including organization, time management, and proficiency in Excel
