As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering patient information into the electronic health records system
  • Verifying and updating existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Managing and prioritizing data entry tasks to meet established deadlines
  • Assisting in organizing and maintaining files and records for easy retrieval
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to clarify or obtain missing information
  • Performing regular quality checks to identify and rectify data discrepancies

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Proficient in using computers and basic software applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

* Previous experience in a healthcare setting or data entry role

  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems
  • Certification in medical terminology or a related field
  • Experience with data quality control and auditing
