Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your primary goal will be to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and answer questions about arenaflex's services and products
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services an asset
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills an asset
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping an asset
