Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including but not limited to, customer complaints, feedback, and resolution outcomes
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction, share best practices, and develop new solutions to complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
