Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

* Type a minimum of 45 words per minute with high accuracy

• 10-key by touch with ease
• Insert patient and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from hospital systems into internal accounting systems
• Edit and/or create PDF files or Excel files as required
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files, providing excellent customer service to hospital partners, patients, attorneys, and other agencies working with our patient population
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and Exchange email required
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable home internet connection that meets arenaflex's upload and download speed criteria
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
