Job Summary
As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in processing and analyzing daily incoming submissions from our external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately and efficiently inputting all information provided on the documents into our internal servers, as well as pulling various reports related to the submissions. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Ensure all required documents are submitted accurately and on time
- Create entries in our internal systems, accurately inputting business and owner information
- Pull and review commercial and consumer credit reports to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Process 60+ submissions a day, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Communicate effectively throughout the analysis review, ensuring seamless collaboration with the team
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Occasionally perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team's growth and success
Skills and Competencies
* Highly detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with numbers, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Resourceful and willing to take on other assignments as needed to support the team, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to work
Qualifications
* 1-3 years of previous financial services underwriting or processing experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of data entry principles and procedures, with experience working with internal systems and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $16-$18 per hour, based on experience
