Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our clients. You'll be the face of our company, and we're looking for someone who can make a lasting impression. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

  • An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion
  • A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks, with a focus on attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Work experience in a call center environment

  • Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems

Schedule

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

Location

This is a work-from-home position, and you'll need to have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.
