Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Operations Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Service Cloud, providing guidance and support to internal and external teams on platform usage.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and lead training initiatives, including Train-the-Trainer sessions, to ensure process adoption and drive operational excellence.
- Operational Support: Support Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners with operational needs, training, and guidance to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Specialized Requests: Handle complex consumer requests, such as refunds, escalations, and defective claims, with empathy and professionalism.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, AHT) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaboration and Liaison: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external call center partners to ensure smooth collaboration and drive customer satisfaction.
- Customer Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
3-5 years of experience
in customer service or call center operations, with a strong understanding of retail or BPO environments.
Proficiency in CRM tools
, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud, with experience in e-commerce, KPIs, SLAs, and customer service metrics.
Strong communication skills
, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Experience with quality assurance
