Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional support to our clients across various platforms. As a key member of our customer service function, you'll be responsible for evaluating and resolving service inquiries, developing and maintaining working knowledge of our products and services, and analyzing potential risks to identify solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

* Assist with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

  • Effectively use various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of specific groups of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and updates.
  • Analyze and identify potential risks, developing solutions that meet client needs and minimize operating loss.
  • Complete assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner, adhering to established rules and regulations.
  • Solve disputes and retain clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations.
  • Fulfill client needs while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for arenaflex's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.

Qualifications

* 1-3 years of work experience in a related role, preferably in customer service or a similar field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries, with a proven track record of resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad.
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
