Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks
  • Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and career growth
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Minimum Qualifications:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • 18+ years of age
  • Must pass a background check
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
