What You'll Do

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and needs via live chat. Your role involves engaging with both existing and potential new customers, providing support, resolving issues, and assisting with sales inquiries through our website and social media platforms. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exemplary customer service through live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and facilitating sales
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and representing our brand standards in every customer interaction
  • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills to engage with customers and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Working independently and following detailed instructions and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat, email, and social media
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

* Must have a reliable device with internet access to use social media and chat functionalities (e.g., Phone, Tablet, Laptop)

  • Capable of working independently and following detailed instructions and procedures
  • Available to work over 10 hours per week with a stable internet connection
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential
  • Should be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
