Customer Service Advisor Role

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral. This will include booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on our booking system. We're looking for good communicators who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a high regard for efficiency and accuracy. You'll have a polite and professional telephone manner, the ability to empathize with the caller while respecting and understanding their needs at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral

  • Book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments on our booking system
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every caller
  • Work efficiently and accurately, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high regard for efficiency and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success

  • Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
  • Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation
  • Experience with our booking system or similar software
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
