Job Overview
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service at our retail locations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing support
- Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
- Using technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries
