Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering Purchase Orders into our Point of Sale (POS) system, Lightspeed, and editing inventory on Shopify for our website
• Managing inventory for our single brick and mortar and online store, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize our inventory management processes
• Collaborating with our buying team to ensure seamless communication and timely receipt of orders
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, sales, and other relevant data
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors in inventory management, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
• Providing exceptional customer service to our internal stakeholders, including our buying team and management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in e-commerce and data analysis
• Shopify experience is a must, with a solid understanding of its features and functionality
• Experience with Lightspeed is a plus, but not required
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outstanding attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Ability to sit for long hours, with a flexible schedule to accommodate changing business needs
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Compensation and Benefits
