Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our databases with precision and efficiency. You'll work in a flexible remote environment, collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

* Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency

• Monitor WAN links for stability and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Monitor routers, switches, and other network devices to ensure optimal performance
• Provision IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and other network configurations as required
• Alert and log monitoring to ensure timely detection and resolution of issues
• Perform preventative health checks to identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Incident management to ensure prompt resolution of issues and minimize downtime
• Reporting to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
• Administer security and IAM to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our systems and data

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
• Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
• Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology)

• Experience with data entry, network administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with Windows, Unix, Linux, and other operating systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Powershell, Bash, and other technical tools
• Experience with developer tools, Wireshark, ServiceNow, and other network appliances
• Familiarity with networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers, and other network devices
• Experience with network monitoring systems, network diagnostic commands, and incident management tools
