Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers from the comfort of your own home. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in process, and assisting with ticketing and baggage check-in
• Ensuring customers have the perfect travel documents and making gate announcements
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (some luggage may weigh up to 70 pounds)
• Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Consistently prioritize safety and protection of self, others, and personal data

• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• Proficiency in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
• Possess primary digital literacy
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT), which can be prepared for through searching this video
• Pass a Customer Service Assessment
