Key Responsibilities
As an Ergonomics Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that improve the health and safety of our employees.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize processes to reduce the risk of worker injuries and aircraft damage.
- Ergonomic Program Management: Develop and manage programs to promote a culture of wellness, including training, awareness, and recognition initiatives.
- Research and Development: Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in ergonomics and health services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as industrial hygiene, biomechanics, kinesiology, or a related field.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to improve health and safety outcomes.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
- Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Data Analysis Tools: Familiarity with data representation tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
