About the Role

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. You will be part of a talented and motivated team that values a sense of humor and a friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and compassionate approach
  • Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Team player with a respectful attitude towards authority
  • Attention to detail
