Job Summary

As a Shopify Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and customer interactions for our clients' Shopify stores. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting, guiding customers through their purchasing process, and providing detailed product information. Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat customer support to clients' customers via their websites and social media accounts

• Handle incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries from potential new customers

Essential Qualifications
