The Role

As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth for our clients. You'll work closely with our client success team to start authentic conversations with potential customers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary objective will be to sell coaching programs to our clients, using your exceptional communication and sales skills to build trust and rapport with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

* Start new conversations with potential customers on social media platforms

  • Follow up with leads and close sales to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Grow your social media presence and engage with our audience to build brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with our client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Manage and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines and achieve results
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced or native-level English language proficiency (C1-C2)

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (at least 4 months)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of motivation and self-discipline
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
  • Availability to work full-time (8 hours a day, 2 hours on weekends)

  • Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200k/month
  • Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
  • Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
