Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, responsible for providing data entry and operations support. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business success by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights that inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, create test plans and test cases, and organize and maintain the team backlog.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
- Documenting requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
- Creating test plans and test cases
- Organizing and maintaining the team backlog
- Collaborating with the management team on new products and sales strategies
- Working with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
