Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Provide solutions to help customers better understand their coverage and options
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and concerns in a patient, helpful, and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life

* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
