Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and maintaining data in our company's databases
  • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness
  • Resolving discrepancies in data entries and correcting errors as needed
  • Assisting in the development of data entry procedures and best practices
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure consistency and quality of data
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance data management skills
  • Providing reports and summaries of data entry activities as required

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
