Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals, sharing best practices, and providing feedback to improve our processes
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to our customers
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Business professional attire
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
