Job Description
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home and our remote office, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and assign emails, ensuring timely and efficient communication with customers and vendors
- Process invoices from suppliers, deliver customer invoices, and receive payments from customers
- Enter tracking numbers into our ERP and eCommerce websites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes, and communicating with vendors to confirm price and availability
- Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments, keeping track of backorders and following up with vendors and customers with ship dates
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, keeping track of past-due invoices
- Maintain confidential financial documentation, requiring minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines
Essential Qualifications
* 3 years of experience in e-commerce, support, and sales
- Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills
- Highly detail-oriented, with a proactive work ethic and communication
- High-level organizational skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus
- Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
- Familiarity with our ERP and eCommerce systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
