Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively, and contributing to the success of our revenue cycle management team. This is a part-time position that requires a strong skillset in customer service, communication, and technical capacity.

Primary Job Duties

* Answer patient phone calls, resolving issues in one phone call

  • Open ARR inquiries as needed and return phone calls once ARR is answered to resolve issues in one phone call
  • Report collection agency payments right away
  • Generate correspondence to resolve customer disputes
  • Document every phone call
  • Accept and perform other work as assigned by Customer Service Lead, Customer Service Supervisor, Regional Business Manager, or Executive Team

Work Environment

This job works in a home office environment using standard office equipment, including a computer and phone. Employees are required to show proof of home or renters' insurance when working remotely.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

* High School education or associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school

  • Two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least two years of experience working in a call center and/or customer service

Preferred Education and Experience

* Experience in the medical billing field

  • Computer operating systems experience in Windows 7 or Windows 10
  • Computer software programs in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to type and use a 10-key accurately

Pay

$16.50 - $19.00 per hour

20 - 29 per week
