Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Promptly answering customer inquiries over the phone, email, chat, or social media, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Listening attentively to client concerns and addressing them professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience
