Job Summary

As a Data Entry Executive – Ground Operations Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing tickets, and handling various ground operations tasks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Process tickets, inspect luggage, and screen items for size and weight

• Provide information on flight schedules, boarding procedures, and baggage handling
• Marshal planes and push back the aircraft
• Handle denied boarding situations, request volunteers, and provide accommodations to affected passengers
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as loading and unloading heavy luggage and providing transportation to and from the airport
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including but not limited to, tractors, belt loaders, and deicers
• Maintain safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations
• Ensure adherence to arenaflex's airport rules and regulations
• Perform various tasks as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
