About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our paid media investigation capability by analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to drive business growth. You will work closely with our marketing teams to streamline our paid media spend globally and develop detailed reports and investigations to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations to drive business growth

• Develop detailed reports and investigations to inform business decisions
• Work with marketing teams to streamline paid media spend globally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
• Influence Organized Inquiry Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and other data analysis tools to create and maintain reports
• Examine data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis
• Work with partners to leverage data (internal data from arenaflex and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and marketing organizations) and address complex business challenges by delivering actionable insights
• Conceptualize and run investigations that produce insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and refine our value proposition

Essential Capabilities

* Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Consulting in an e-commerce or related field

• High-level SQL experience
• High-level experience in at least one industry data analysis and measurement tool (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/Power BI)
• Master in Excel with a proven history
• Degree in data science, business, finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or other related field

• Strong inclination for action, highly organized, and able to complete tasks and projects with minimal direction and tight deadlines
• Fantastic communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively
• Experience with enrollment, membership-based, or media content organizations
• Experience with and/or interest in learning more about cutting-edge data science approaches
• Programming languages: knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
