The Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS is searching for a Workflow Systems Analyst to lay out and broaden important workflow tooling at scale. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering valuable data and insights, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, and driving education in support of workflow initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Developer:
Visualize key metrics and drive progress towards goals using advanced data visualization tools.
Analyst:
Perception and visualization expert for a mature team of Data Scientists and Engineers, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Iterative Dashboard Layout:
Collaborate with teams, gather feedback, and refine dashboard products to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
Characterize the Current State of the Workflow:
Profile complex systems, document them, and identify areas for improvement.
Insights:
Identify trends and patterns in large datasets, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
Change Agent:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into tangible wins, driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making.
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Solid understanding of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive).
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, driving business decisions and outcomes.
- Advanced Tableau developer skills, with experience in creating interactive, data-driven dashboards.
- Proficient SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development.
- Experience in Software Development: data pipeline construction, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport.
- Product Ownership: Proven ability to drive key outcomes for a project, riding efforts and generating concrete results through analytics.
- Project management: Experience in planning and driving efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve a unified goal.
