Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tier 1 Technical Support/Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote, contract-to-hire position. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries. Responsibilities

As a Tier 1 Technical Support/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to front-line customer chats, calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting basic technical and user error issues with web cameras, microphones, and our platform over the phone, chat, or via remote access
  • Investigating technical issues involving firewall access, installing drivers, and user issues related to Windows and Mac
  • Collaborating with school district IT staff, individual home-schooled families, and providers to ensure consistent delivery of our services
  • Documenting all client interactions within Salesforce
  • Independently finding solutions to previously unsolved problems
  • Effectively triaging and escalating problems to Tier 2 support when appropriate
  • Responding to provider and customer billing questions
  • Utilizing our platform to ensure the timely entry of new schools and students
  • Fulfilling equipment orders for schools and students

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree/Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
