Job Summary:

As part of Team arenaflex, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. As an On-Site Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Work Environment:

* Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment

  • Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and development

Physical Demands:

* Constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity required
