Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints professionally
  • Providing information about our services and offers
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge of our evolving services
  • Handling customer issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information about our services and offers

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally, using active listening skills and empathy to understand customer concerns
  • Provide information about our services, including flight schedules, fares, and travel options
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of our evolving services, including new products and promotions
  • Handle customer issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Requirements

* At least 1 year of customer service experience

  • Strong phone handling skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
