Position Overview

As a Remote Manager in Training, you'll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, learn from pros across different time zones, and be mentored by our fantastic leadership team. You'll be responsible for leading our remote customer service team, using cutting-edge virtual tools to manage and support your team, and soaking up knowledge from our leadership squad. You'll also have the chance to bring fresh ideas to the table and help level up our customer service game.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results
