Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Transaction Specialist II (Data Entry) to join our team in South Burlington, VT. As a key member of our Data Entry team, you will play a critical role in transcribing confidential information from scanned images of paper documents for our clients. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting our efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Insert customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents
- Review data for deficiencies or errors
- Correct inaccuracies and validate output
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak volumes
- Follow outlined processes and procedures accurately
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Remittance Processing/Banking operations experience preferred
- Ability to confirm and/or correct data that is presented for data capture to align to information on document
- Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy
- Alphanumeric data entry skills
- Meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak volumes
- Follow outlined processes and procedures accurately
- Must be able to work in a team environment with a diverse group
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Experience working in a data entry or transaction processing environment
- Knowledge of banking operations and remittance processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Schedules
* Hybrid schedule: 5:30 pm - 2:00 am (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- 3:30 pm - 2:00 am (Tuesday)
- 5:30 pm - 12:00 am (Friday)
Pays 10% Shift Differential
Security Clearance
This position may require a Government Security Clearance, which includes:
- Fingerprints
- Credit Check
- Employment History
- Tax Filing History (possibly)
- References (possibly)
- Proof of U.S. Legal Permanent Residence up to 7 years
