Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Data capture and correction, ensuring accuracy in all keying programs
• Meeting established production and quality standards
• Maintaining impeccable attendance, adhering to arenaflex policy
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of our clients' business and industry dynamics, applying this knowledge to ensure best practice procedures and continuous process improvement
• Identifying issues, reviewing procedures, and recommending and implementing modifications as necessary to enhance the efficiency of transaction processing
• Handling company confidential data in strict adherence to policy and guidelines
• Being prepared for occasional overtime, as required
• Being available to work arenaflex Holidays and Saturdays

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Excellent typing skills – you must pass the 10-key test by keying 9,000 kph with limited errors
• Experience working with business solutions software
• Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Previous experience in data entry or a related field
• Familiarity with arenaflex's business solutions software
• Certification in data entry or a related field
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• $19.00 per hour
• Paid sick leave based on state regulations after 90 days of employment
