We're seeking a highly skilled data entry specialist to extract contact information from short videos and populate a spreadsheet with 100% accuracy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing and transcribing video content, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Key Responsibilities:

* Extract contact information from 7 one-minute-long videos, including first name, last name, company name, job title, and file name of the video the contact is from

• Populate a spreadsheet with the extracted data, ensuring 100% accuracy
• Utilize OCR software or manual transcription methods to extract data from videos
• Double-check work to ensure accuracy and quality
• Deliver a fully filled-out spreadsheet with 100% accuracy
• Receive and review videos from arenaflex after accepting the contract
• Maintain ownership of all IP and deliverables

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, transcription, or a related field

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Proficiency in using OCR software or manual transcription methods
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with spreadsheets and data management software

• Familiarity with video editing software or video review tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
