Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient and prescription information into our pharmacy systems. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. In addition, you will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that all data entry processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter patient and prescription information into our pharmacy systems

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that all data entry processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with data entry tasks, such as processing prescriptions and updating patient records
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient and prescription information
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve data entry skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and data exchange

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 6 months of experience in a retail or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of data entry software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

• Knowledge of pharmacy systems and software
• Experience with data entry and processing prescriptions
• Strong math skills and ability to accurately count and measure medications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
