We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our IT Service Desk team in Mumbai, India.

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional IT support to our customers, employees, and partners. You'll work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues, improve our systems and processes, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-level IT support to customers, employees, and partners via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
  • Collaborate with second and third-level IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track issues, including creating knowledge base articles and internal news
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, including assessing tools and processes and suggesting upgrades
  • Provide detailed documentation of system issues, investigation steps, and related information in a tagging/global positioning framework
  • Use a wide range of available tools and resources to resolve system issues
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for availability, productivity, quality, and service
  • Attend continuous training to enhance skills and knowledge of new and existing equipment and software applications

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Strong technical skills, including experience with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Positive, mature, and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and other productivity tools
  • Experience with tagging/global positioning frameworks and other IT tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Experience with data entry and customer service software
  • Knowledge of and experience with Google Applications, AS400, and other specialized software
  • Past Service Desk experience or IT-related degree(s) or certification(s)
  • Experience with continuous improvement activities, including assessing tools and processes and suggesting upgrades
