Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed our high standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound service calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
  • Driving customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
  • Navigating through multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Core Responsibilities

  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
  • Navigate through multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • A high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check
  • A strong desire to advance your career with a reliable company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with a team or independently
  • Ability to commit 40 working hours per week

Equipment and Internet Requirements

To perform your duties effectively, you'll need:

  • A USB headset
  • A monitor
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps download and 5.0 Mbps upload

Compensation and Perks

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Wages ranging from $14 to $18.20 per hour, dependent on the province you live in
