Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers across the country, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Educate customers about coverage options, quote policies, and sell additional products such as Home, Renters, Motorcycle, and Boat.
  • Build solid relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, phone systems, and other software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
