What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing a positive and engaging experience that leaves a lasting impression. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via live chat
• Providing accurate and helpful information to customers about products and services
• Escalating complex issues to senior support representatives or management as needed
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert support
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and average handle time

Contract Length and Rate

We offer a flexible contract that allows you to work as much or as little as you like, with no fixed term. Our competitive hourly rate is $25, and we're committed to providing a fair and transparent compensation package that reflects your skills and experience.

Hours and Location

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, with a preference for the United Kingdom. We require a minimum of 10 hours per week, and you'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
