Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual for a Part-Time position to support data entry and customer service tasks for arenaflex-related services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. As a Part-Time Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our remote team, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks, including updating and managing customer data, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entries.
- Assist in general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
* Must be based in the United States.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
